Can you help with billing errors or overcharges?

Yes. We can review your energy usage, contract terms, and supplier invoices to identify errors or overcharges — and assist in correcting them.

What should I do if I receive an estimated bill?

Submit your latest meter readings to your supplier or contact us for guidance. Estimated bills are common but can be corrected easily with up-to-date data.

Can I pay my bill through Energies Direct?

No, all payments go directly to your supplier. We don’t handle customer billing or payments.

How do I switch suppliers through you?

How long does switching take?

No, as an energy broker we don’t operate a customer portal. Your billing and account management are handled directly by your supplier.
